Our Teachers

Staff profile:

staff range in age from late 20s to late 50s.

Leadership structure:

Principal,(male) Deputy Principal (female), Well Being Coordinator (female) with 0.2 teaching load.

Staff support systems

All teachers belong to year level teaching teams JP, MP and UP. There is a coordinator who is a member of the  leadership team and also MP team in Teaching and Learning with embedded ICT.

Performance Management

Teachers take part in Performance discussions in term one and three where written feedback is provided. SSOs take part in performance discussions in term2 and also receive written feedback.

Staff utilisation policies

Four part time SSO's work in the front office to manage finance, administration and and first aid. All teachers receive SSO support. There is fulltime SSO support in the area special class.

Access to special staff

There are Instrumental music teachers in strings,  and a private guitar provider. There is access to an Educational Psychologist, Speech Pathology, Behaviour, Hearing and Disability support through the Western Regional Office.
