West Beach PS is a community school in the beach side suburbs of Adelaide. We have been around since 1969.

Our community has high expectations of student behaviour, academic achievement, as well as social and physical development.

We are a small community school with excellent facilities including extensive grounds, a swimming pool and quality IT facilities.

We have a small food garden and orchard as well as a nature play area.

Student well being is supported  by a Student Well Being Coordinator, Aboriginal Community Education Officer and Pastoral Care Worker. Support programs are on offer for identified students.

WBPS includes a Year 3-6 special options class with places for 12 students identified with learning needs and placed by a regional process.

We are part of the International Education primary student program with students from Asia and Europe currently enrolled.
